Gosht group of companies, in the first phase, has been comprised of “Gosht Corp.” as the umbrella company, to lay the strategies of the subsidiaries and affiliates, and “Gosht Research Corp.”, as the research arm of the holding dedicated to research and development for the purposes and strategies of the group. Both of the companies have been incorporated federally according to the laws of Canada, and have their domicile and head office in Ontario, Canada. Both pioneer companies are established through joint investment by Canadian and US entrepreneurs, and enjoy highly educated research and management teams from both countries.
Gosht is preparing the grounds for expansion of its activities to include its Intellectual Property management through a newly established subsidiary, and manufacturing of its end products in a fourth affiliate company.
